Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification Upgrade prepares practitioners previously certified in Everything DiSC Workplace® or Management to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® experiences using Catalyst™. The course will equip facilitators to use the short-format, modular design of Catalyst to deliver customized experiences that foster ongoing connections and support long-term engagement with DiSC. The one-week immersive Certification experience combines live instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. During this course, participants will: Discover Everything DiSC on Catalyst and how it enhances the delivery of DiSC. Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences with Catalyst using Workplace, Agile EQ™, and Management content. Demonstrate and reinforce their understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles. Connect and engage with other Everything DiSC practitioners, sharing expertise and building community.
