Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification Upgrade prepares practitioners previously certified in Everything DiSC Workplace® or Management to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® experiences using Catalyst™. The course will equip facilitators to use the short-format, modular design of Catalyst to deliver customized experiences that foster ongoing connections and support long-term engagement with DiSC.
The one-week immersive Certification experience combines live instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. During this course, participants will:
- Discover Everything DiSC on Catalyst and how it enhances the delivery of DiSC.
- Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences with Catalyst using Workplace, Agile EQ™, and Management content.
- Demonstrate and reinforce their understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles.
- Connect and engage with other Everything DiSC practitioners, sharing expertise and building community.
Course Structure and Schedule
The Everything DiSC® Workplace Certification Upgrade course spans one week of learning combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. Specifically, participants will:
- Reinforce their understanding of DiSC and its key principles.
- Discover Catalyst, our personalized learning platform that acts as each learner’s home base throughout their DiSC journey.
- Explore how to build custom solutions with Catalyst using Workplace, Agile EQ, and Management content.
- Engage with other Everything DiSC practitioners, sharing expertise and building community.

Course and Technical Requirements
Participants are required to own an Everything DiSC on Catalyst facilitation kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. Those who already own an Everything DiSc Workplace or Management Kit can obtain a free upgrade until Dec 31, 2024 at register.everythingdisc.com. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. In addition to the kit, learners must also:
- Commit to one week of self-guided online work, and attend both instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
- Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules.
- Earn a passing score on the final exam (80%+).
- Have access to the internet and a computer.
Participants will receive login information for the online training center where they’ll begin their self-directed work on the open date of their course. In addition, the Everything DiSC Workplace Certification Upgrade courses using Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:
- Laptop, desktop computer, or tablet are preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.
- Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and a microphone.
- A headset is highly encouraged.
